Follow EU REACH REGULARION No.1907/2006, our products no volatile or intentionally release substances, and not chemicals directly export to EU, so our products no need to (pre-)registration, fully comply with EU REACH REGULATION No.1907/2006. And we guarantee that all provide by our company follow up substances of SVHC candidate list now, comply with SVHC 223 substances in a concentration less than 0.1%(w/w) in an article.

 按照歐盟REACH法案No.1907/2006，我司產品無揮發性物質或有意釋放物質、也非直接出口歐盟的化劑類物質，因此我司產品均不涉及（預）注冊問題，完全符合歐盟REACH法案No. 1907/2006要求。并且我司保證產品本身均滿足當前高關注物質（SVHC）候選清單中的物質要求，符合歐盟REACH法案要求的223類SVHC物質含量小于0.1%的要求。

If EU SVHC list update and confirm our products contain substances in the SVHC candidate list in a concentration over 0.1%(w/w), we will provide required information to follow the EU REACH REGULATION No.1907/2006.From 1 June2011, we will notify ECHA through EU and EEA importers, if our products contain substances in the SVHC candidate list over 0.1%(w/w) and one substance in the products export to EU are over 1 ton in total per year per company， and which no alternative substances.

 若隨歐盟SVHC清單更新，確認我司產品中存在含量大于0.1%的SVHC候選物質時，我司將依據REACH法案要求提供必要信息。自2011年6月1日起，若我司產品中存在含量大于0.1%的SVHC候選物質時，將在確認出口歐盟的總量達到1噸/年/公司以上,并且該物質無法替代的情況下，通過歐盟范圍內此類物品的制造商或進口商向歐盟化學品管理局（ECHA）進行通報。

 And up to now, as the best of our knowledge:

1. Follow EU ECHA 2008/10/28 official report，Cyclododecne (CAS No.:294-62-2) have been excluded out of SVHC list.

2. If use normal moisture indicator for dry packing, content about 10-30% Cobalt dichloride(CAS No.:7646-79-9) in color agent, but much less than 1 ton in total per year ,which comply with change to moisture indicator without Cobalt dichloride.

3. If use PVC tube as packing material, DEHP (CAS No.:117-81-7) content less than 0.1%, which comply with REACH SVHC limit.

 4. If product use DAD-87 epoxy, content about 5% 2-ethoxyethanol (CAS No.:110-80-5) in epoxy, but much less than 0.1% in product and much less than 1 ton in total per year, which comply with RESCH SVHC limit.

5．Follow EU ECHA 2012/06/18 official report, the scope of the more recent AL-RCF and ZrAL-RCF entries fully covers the earlier ones, so comprises a consolidation of the entries of aluminosilicate refractory ceramic fibres (AL-RCF) and zirconia aluminosilicate refractory ceramic fibres (ZrAl-RCF) included in the SVHC candidate list in January 2010 and December 2011.

到目前為止根據我公司確認：

1. 依據2008年10月28日歐盟ECHA官方公報，環十二烷(CAS No.:294-62-2)已經被排除出SVHC清單；

2. 若有使用常規濕度指示卡用于干燥包裝，在其顯色劑中約含有10-30%的二氯化鈷（CAS No.:7646-79-9），但年用量遠小于1噸，符合REACH SVHC限值要求。并且從2009年4月開始，我司換用不含二氯化鈷的無鈷濕度指示卡；

3. 若有使用PVC料管用作包裝材料，則含有小于0.1%的鄰苯二甲酸雙（2-乙基己酯）（CAS No.:117-81-7）,符合REACH SVHC限值要求。

4. 若產品有使用DAD-87膠，在膠中含有5%的乙二醇醚（CAS No.:110-80-5）,但產品中的含量遠小于0.1%且年用量小于1噸，符合REACH SVHC限值要求。

5. 依據2012年06月18日歐盟ECHA官方公報，對于硅酸鋁陶瓷纖維和氧化鋯硅酸鋁陶瓷纖維這兩類物質，2011年12月第六批SVHC候選清單公布的物質范圍完全覆蓋2010年1月第二批SVHC候選清單公布的物質范圍，因此作合并處理。
